        Got sent a replacement right away

        My first Hugg had a hole above his face. I was disappointed, but lil tulips sent me a replacement as soon as they restocked and I didn't even have to remind them. The replacement I received is perfect. Jellycat quality is subpar, but lil tulips is a great vendor to buy from and they always ship quickly. Great customer service.
